As a short construction period had to be guaranteed for the conversion of the nature hotel, the project was realized using a prefabricated construction method. The prefabricated rammed earth walls are statically loaded. Rammed earth meets the requirements for naturalness and sustainability like no other material.

To compensate for the lightweight timber construction, monolithic walls in the communal area provide thermal storage mass. The rammed earth walls along the main access axis guide the movement of visitors.
