At Grand Verres, a place of encounter and exchange, an 18-metre-long bar forms the heart of the restaurant. Crafted from rammed earth — a completely natural and sustainable material — it becomes a vibrant gathering point where movement, conversation, and enjoyment merge.

With this design, Lina Ghotmeh creates an atmosphere that is both natural and deeply human. It evokes the origin of all life and nourishment — the earth itself — brought back into the space in a compelling and tangible way through the use of rammed earth.
